Thank You For Developing Great Power Drive Training Aids

Hi Brad,

Hope all is well at Power Drive. I wanted to give you an update on my son’s and daughter’s progress. We ordered the hitter’s and pitcher’s devices for both softball and baseball. They both are hitting well. Our daughter played with a high school travel team and was the second-best hitter on the team. She was in fifth grade last year. Her hitting is a credit to your device. Our son consistently hit 86 on the radar gun at his high school tryout. It was his first time pitching off the mound since fall and his training was behind schedule due to basketball. He wasn’t throwing with his usual effort. I’m sure he’s throwing harder now, but he hasn’t been gunned since the tryout. He’s a freshman playing varsity and dominating on the mound and at the plate. Thank you for developing such great training tools!

Great Success with Softball Power Drive

Thank you!!!

She’s had great success with Softball Power Drive. We are entering a different phase in her softball “career” (competitive travel pitching up a division) and we are using the Softball Power Drive because of its proven effectiveness as a training tool.

Thanks again!

Power Drive Performance Products Very Well-Made

Hi Brad,

It was great talking to you about my order and your website last week.  We received all of our order and I just wanted give feedback on it: Your packaging and product presentation was very well thought-out, classy and professional – much like your website and videos. They also all tie together nicely.

Perhaps the ultimate compliment is that when I opened the Power Drive, I got the same feeling that I get whenever I open an Apple product (if you have ever opened an Apple product, then you know exactly what I mean). Everything was packaged professionally and neatly. Unlike most other sports equipment that is just thrown in a box and jammed with popcorn pieces or bubble-wrap and the outside box is shredded or all beat-up upon arrival.

Also (most importantly) the Power Drive product itself is obviously very well-made with great attention to detail. The Amanda Scarborough card with the login codes was also a nice finishing touch.

Thanks so much for the excellent product. Keep up the great work!

 Best, Malcolm CA

Softball Power Drive a Tremendous Training Tool

I became aware of the Softball Power Drive early this year and did the requisite research about the device via Winning Pitcher Academy’s outstanding and informative website. The purchase was a natural for us. I bought one and an assistant bought another. I have long been a proponent of powerful leg drive and with that in mind, the Softball Power Drive is a natural. The drills which come with the device are outstanding and truly, our pitchers have improved in every phase of pitching since we implemented the regimen. They have gained speed and endurance, and are simply stronger young women. We will certainly continue to use the Softball Power Drive as our pitchers continue to mature and evolve. A tremendous training tool.

Pitchers Power Drive Adds 4 MPH to Fastball

Hi Brad,

We ordered the Softball Power Drive and Pitchers Power Drive for our daughter and son. They’ve been great. My son added 4 MPH to his fastball in his last tournament of the year, touching 80MPH. I can’t imagine how he will match up with hitters this spring as an 8th grader. His delivery utilized a lot more lower half and his consistency was much better. He didn’t go beyond 2-2 in any count in has last tournament and allowed no earned runs. Thank you so much for taking the time to chat with me before your trip to Michigan. We will order the Hitter’s PowerDrive soon.

Regards, Jared

Pitchers Power Drive Chalk Mat has been great

The Pitchers Power Drive Chalk Mat has been great.  We’ve found it useful not only for softball but we also utilize it with some of our baseball instruction.  Our softball instructors use it daily for their pitching lessons. The step down rubber has the feel similar to what they experience on the field and the red line gives that instant feedback and reference point with every pitch.  We even have customers coming in between lessons renting cages that ask if they can use the mat to work on what they covered with their instructor.  On the baseball side we’ve incorporated it into several aspects of what we do with our camps as well as lessons.  Again, the red stripe is an easy reference point for some of our younger spring break campers when we practice throwing or pitching.  For youth pitchers (ages 9-11) we use it for flat pen work, we’ve even put it up our pitching mounds to help correct or illustrate when a player is throwing across their body.  Very simple, multifunctional teaching device!  Very happy to have it incorporated into our Academy.

Softball Power Drive in Business for Love of the Game to Help Athletes.

I wanted to thank you so much for helping Maddie during the off-season.  She was very nervous about not having a coach this past year but because of your Winning Pitchers Academy and video analysis she has had the best season of her life.  I wanted to send some recent press and feel free to let all your athletes know that without all your help she would not have had such a great season. She also won MVP of her league. I hope she has an opportunity to come in before she starts travelling this summer to thank you in person. It was obvious to our family you are in this business for the love of the game and the desire to help young athletes.

Softball Power Drive Moves Speed 6-7 MPH in 3 Months

Email that was sent to Amanda Scarborough, Two Time All American Texas A&M Softball

I’m 14 and going into my freshman year.  When I moved up to 18U travel ball, in the spring, I quickly discovered that I need to make some very major changes in my pitching motion to compete.  My dad bought me your softball power drive.  It’s move my speed up from the mid 50’s to the low 60’s in about 3 months. (with a lot of hard work).  I’ve got some spin and release issues I have to work through, but i”ll get there.  Anyway, just wanted to say thank you.  My dad is 3rd generation Aggie.  I’ll be the 4th.
